You are invited to go out by your Greek friend(s) but unfortunately you are busy. You have to say no, but you don’t want to sound rude or insult your friend(s)
Remember to express either with the intonation, the tone of your voice, your facial expressions your disappointment that you cannot meet, if this is the case obviously and thanking them for remembering you and choosing you to spend time with!
You could say something like «Αχ, θα ήταν τέλεια!» =it would be great or «Τι ωραία που θα ήταν!» = it would be so nice and add a phrase like «Ίσως μια άλλη φορά; Τι λες;» which means “maybe some other /another time, what do you think/say?”
