Those who write down their goals accomplish significantly more than those who don’t. We know this instinctively, and there are plenty of studies to prove it.
Be specific, be small, measurable and with a certain deadline.
So instead of writing “I want to learn Greek” try writing “I want to learn in January 2019 the simple past tense” which is specific – a grammatical tense, small-one Greek tense, measurable- I know what I have to study, and with a certain deadline-by January 31 I will know how to coniugate verbs in the simple past tense! 😄
